The architecture of logical geometry uses noble timeless materials. From the outside, it is primarily gray masonry, which ensures the visual connection of all three apartment buildings of the closed residential complex.
The acknowledged materials, together with technological readability, are the hallmarks of the Olgoj Chorchoj studio, a leader in architecture and design.

Since the founding of the Olgoj Chorchoj studio in 1990, the author duo Froněk and Němeček have signed up on a wide range of projects, which are characterized by innovation and an original approach combined with perfect functionality. Enthusiasm and admiration are also reaped for the ability to emphasize the taste of the end user. It is no different at the Trojská Residence. Its design reflects the exclusive character of the green district on the right bank of the Vltava, which grew up around a magnificent Baroque castle from the 17th century.
